Get Started with ListingRizz: First Session, Unlock, First Vault Save
The first-session playbook: claim Lifetime Keys, mint your lr_ key, unlock the Chrome extension, add OpenRouter, run Full hustle, and save a listing to Cloud Studio.

Most people get stuck in the same three places: they never claim keys with the checkout email, they paste the wrong key into Unlock, or they sit in an empty Studio and think nothing works.
ListingRizz is the scout + vault + pitch stack. You bring your own AI keys. We never bill OpenRouter, Claude, or Higgsfield for you. Do not skip Unlock. An empty Studio is normal until you Save to vault from an Airbnb listing.
First session

What you are setting up (four accounts — don’t mix keys)
If you mix these up, Unlock fails and support tickets start. Memorize this:
- lr_… Creator key — proves you paid. Minted in Studio → Settings. Pasted into the extension Unlock screen only.
- OpenRouter key — AI vision. Create at https://openrouter.ai/keys and add credits at https://openrouter.ai/settings/credits. Paste into extension Settings, never Unlock.
- Claude account — both MCP connectors live here: https://claude.ai/customize/connectors?modal=add-custom-connector
- Higgsfield account + credits — walkthrough engine. Sign up at https://higgsfield.ai. No API key. Connector URL is https://mcp.higgsfield.ai/mcp
1. Claim Lifetime Keys (same email)
If you already paid: go to https://www.listingrizz.com/lifetime/success and create the account with the exact Stripe email. Then open https://www.listingrizz.com/app/billing and confirm status is active.
If Billing still says locked, refresh once. Stripe sync is automatic. Do not generate a new checkout until you have tried the success page with the paid email.

2. Mint your lr_ Creator key
Open https://www.listingrizz.com/app/settings. Click Generate API key. Copy it immediately — we show the full key once.
It starts with lr_. That is the only key that unlocks the extension. If Unlock asks for a key and you paste an OpenRouter sk-or-… key, it will fail.
3. Install and pin the Chrome extension
Install from https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/listingrizz/hnapjpehpmaofjphdfhpolcmemkfdpbm — click Add to Chrome.
Pin it: puzzle-piece icon in Chrome → pin ListingRizz. If you skip this, you will not see the toolbar button and you will think the product is missing.
The extension only runs on airbnb.com and airbnb.ca listing pages (the /rooms/ URL). The homepage search grid is not a listing.
4. Unlock the extension (this is the #1 stuck point)
Open any Airbnb listing. Click the on-page ListingRizz button, or the pinned toolbar icon, to open the side panel.
On Unlock: API base must be exactly https://www.listingrizz.com — include www. Apex listingrizz.com redirects break Unlock.
Paste the lr_ key. Click Unlock extension. Success = the paywall disappears and you see listing tools. If it stays locked, go back to Settings, mint a fresh lr_ key, and Unlock again. Old keys die when you rotate.

5. Add OpenRouter (BYOK) for AI vision
Create a key at https://openrouter.ai/keys. Add a little credit so vision calls do not 402.
In the ListingRizz side panel, open Settings (not Unlock). Paste the OpenRouter key there. It stays on your machine in chrome.storage.local.
You can still extract listing data without OpenRouter. Full hustle’s richer photo score needs this key. If AI vision errors, the OpenRouter key or credit is the usual cause — not ListingRizz billing.
6. First win: Full hustle → Save to vault
Stay on a real listing (photos, title, host). Click Full hustle. Wait for extract + score. You should see listing data and a fit score — not a blank panel.
Click Save to vault. That is what fills Cloud Studio. If you never save, https://www.listingrizz.com/app stays empty. That is not a bug.
Then open Studio. Your listing should appear in the vault. From there you can pitch, attach a walkthrough later, and send a host pack.
7. ListingRizz MCP in Claude (vault)
This connector is your Studio inside Claude. It does not generate video.
In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Name it listingrizz. Paste https://www.listingrizz.com/api/mcp (www required). Click Connect, sign in, Allow, then enable it for the chat.

Verify with listingrizz_list_projects — you should see your vault, not an auth error.
8. Higgsfield MCP in Claude (video engine)
Higgsfield generates the walkthrough clips. ListingRizz does not. There is no Higgsfield API key to paste — you connect with OAuth and spend Higgsfield credits.
Get an account and credits at https://higgsfield.ai. Official connector page: https://higgsfield.ai/mcp
In Claude → Add custom connector. Name it higgsfield. Paste https://mcp.higgsfield.ai/mcp. Connect, sign in to Higgsfield, enable it in the same chat as ListingRizz.

Email support@listingrizz.com if you paid and cannot claim. Include the Stripe email.
FAQ
I paid. Studio is empty. Did I get scammed?
No. Studio is a vault. It fills when you Save to vault from the extension on an Airbnb /rooms/ listing. Paying does not auto-import listings. Empty is the default until that click.
Why is the extension still locked after I paid?
Billing must show active, then Unlock needs a fresh lr_ key and API base https://www.listingrizz.com (www required) on a live listing tab. Refresh Billing once if you just claimed. Rotate the key in Settings if you already generated one and lost it.
Unlock says my key is invalid.
You probably pasted an OpenRouter key. Creator keys start with lr_. Mint one at https://www.listingrizz.com/app/settings. OpenRouter sk-or- keys go in extension Settings, never Unlock.
Does ListingRizz charge for OpenRouter, Claude, or Higgsfield?
No. $97 Lifetime Keys unlock Studio + extension sync + ListingRizz MCP. Generation stays BYOK — you pay those providers directly. Higgsfield has no API key; buy credits at https://higgsfield.ai and connect https://mcp.higgsfield.ai/mcp.
I cannot find the extension on Airbnb.
Pin it from Chrome’s puzzle menu. Open a /rooms/ listing URL, not search results or the host dashboard. Then use the on-page ListingRizz button or the toolbar icon. Chrome only.
Where do I get OpenRouter / Higgsfield / Claude?
OpenRouter keys: https://openrouter.ai/keys. Credits: https://openrouter.ai/settings/credits. Higgsfield account + credits: https://higgsfield.ai (no API key — MCP URL https://mcp.higgsfield.ai/mcp). Claude connectors: https://claude.ai/customize/connectors?modal=add-custom-connector. Copy-paste URLs also live in Studio → Settings.
What’s the difference between the two MCP connectors?
ListingRizz MCP (https://www.listingrizz.com/api/mcp) is your vault inside Claude. Higgsfield MCP (https://mcp.higgsfield.ai/mcp) is the video engine. Both must be enabled in the same chat to generate then stitch. Mix the URLs and tools fail.
Claude connector fails or tools are missing.
The ListingRizz MCP URL must be https://www.listingrizz.com/api/mcp with www. Click Connect and complete Allow — that is Clerk OAuth, not your lr_ key. Don’t paste the lr_ key into Claude’s connector form. Enable the connector for that chat after Allow. Don’t open /oauth-consent by hand.

Where do I manage billing?
https://www.listingrizz.com/app/billing → Open billing portal (Stripe). Lifetime Keys are one payment. Refunds revoke access.
Mint the lr_ key, copy both MCP URLs from Settings, then Unlock and Save to vault.
