The product
ListingRizz is a Chrome extension that helps you scout Airbnb listings, score service fit, and generate AI walkthrough briefs. Earnings figures ($100–$1K, monthly projections) are illustrative of possible host pitches — not guarantees.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for complying with Airbnb’s terms, local laws, and host communication norms. Ask hosts before producing or pitching paid work. Do not use the extension to spam, scrape at abusive rates, or misrepresent AI-generated media.
